ERIC JACOBSON QUINTET
present the music of Freddie Hubbard & Woody Shaw
“Eric maintains a focused but broad lexicon exhibiting his mastery of both classic and contemporary "straight-ahead" trumpet style. Eric plays strong, assured technique, a hip dark sound on the trumpet, and expressive without gimmicks. Eric has now taken his place among the elite of modern mainstream jazz trumpeters."
